Meet the Founders

We trade backpacks for diaper bags.

Welcome to Tourist Travel Tips. We're Jumar and Frences, sharing our journey from solo adventures to traveling the world as a family of five.

"Travel isn't about the destination; it's about the shared moments that become lasting memories."

Our Beginning

It all started in Boracay

Our story didn't begin in a travel agency or a boardroom. It began on the powdery shores of Boracay, Philippines.

Jumar was traveling solo, documenting the world's most beautiful maps. Frences, a local with a passion for her country's hidden corners, happened to be there for a weekend escape.

One conversation over mango shakes led to an evening watching the sunset—and the rest, as they say, is a very long flight history.

The People Behind The Journey

We're more than just travelers; we're a family built on curiosity, maps, and a shared passion for authentic discovery.

Jumar

Logistics & Strategy

The map enthusiast who obsesses over train schedules and route optimization. If there's a shortcut or a hidden local app, he's already mastered it.

Frences

Culture & Soul

The connector who finds the best street food and makes friends with locals. She ensures every guide has the authentic soul of the destination.

The Kids

Quality Control

Gabby, Astra, and Claude Astro keep us grounded. If a park isn't fun or a hotel isn't comfy for families, they'll be the first to let us know.
